How do I register myself as an advertiser and user of Tradefacta?
When you have listed all the obligatory information, you continue until you have ordered the advertising packed that suits you. Choose "Online
Business Card Plus", "Premium", "Premium Plus" or the large advertising package "Premium Gold".

Can the company be searchable under several trade categories?
A majority of companies sell products and services within different trade categories. If your company represented under several trade categories, you
may register your activity under all the relevant trade categories even when you list your company free of cost in your "Online Business Card".
Be careful not to register under more trade categories than you can justify with your customers.

Can the company be searchable on several trademarks?
Yes, when you have listed your company and having ordered the advertising package "Premium Gold" you may without extra costs register all
the trademarks you represent. Each trade name will then become searchable and the effect of your marketing may be doubled many times for each trade
name. Registering trademarks your business represents is a good way of building a stronger "Brand".

I do not find my company when I search!
All companies which are listed with basic information on Tradefacta are searchable on name, address or place, or also under the trade category under
which the company was once registered with the national registration authorities.
Has the company been listed on Tradefacta.com with the basic information, your activity is searchable on complete name according to the registration
authorities. Companies are not searchable on shortened or abbreviated names such as e.g. Saab, NIL Ltd, etc.
If you yourself have listed the company recently but cannot find the company when you search, it might be that your given information has not yet
been verified.Have you ordered advertising and do not find your company, the reason might be that your balance is empty and you need to refill
your account.If you do not find the reason when you enter your own administration page which was established on Tradefacta when you ordered
the advertisement - please contact

Can I edit my advertisement myself?
To edit, delete, add pictures you must log in on Tradefacta with your security code. On your own administration page you will find the explanation
on how you easily edit your advertisement.The system sends automatically your unique security code to your e-mail address. This happens at the same
time as you send your confirmed order from the order form you find on Tradefacta. The order confirmation you receive by e-mail is also a
confirmation that your order is received at Tradefacta and will be publicised within the 24 hours.Save your unique security code. You need
it each time you want to change or expand your advertising on Tradefacta.

My advertising has been stopped. Why?
Your advertising is not stopped during the period of time you have paid the fee. If you discover stop in the publishing, you should first check if
the payment is valid any longer. For mistakes send a message to
Tradefacta Service.
You must edit
the part of the agreement concerning presentation of your pictures & text - under Online Business Card Plus –within a maximum of 30 days between
each time. Otherwise the show of your pictures with associated text will be stopped, whereas all the rest in the advertisement go on being shown
uninterrupted for the time you have paid. The reason for this is that our system will understand that there is an activity in the advertisement
and thus it is still of current interest. We do not wish to have a database with advertisements of no present interest.

How do I change products, photos, text in my ad?
You may at any time during the period your fee is valid, upload new pictures with corresponding text, or activate already published pictures and
associated text which have been stopped by the system as you have not edited or updated it within 30 days after the latest updating. When you
activate a previously stopped advertisement, the ad will be shown for another 30 days from the moment you have reactivated the ad.
If the same ad is to stay online for more than 30 days without you wishing to change or publish new pictures, texts with offers etc. you should log in
on Tradefacta with your security code and click on "update". Pictures and text will then continue being shown as they are, and a new
stop date will automatically be extended for another 30 days.
For service companies like lawyer offices, doctors, dentists, schools etc. who have published pictures of their personnel with text and position or
special competence etc., the same conditions are valid as for all other picture presentation in the advertisements.

How do I renew an ad which has expired?
Log in on Tradefacta.com by means of your unique security code. Follow the instructions on your unique Tradefacta page. Nobody else has access
to your unique editing page. This is to prevent possible abuse.

I do not find my advertisement!
If you do not find your advertisement on Tradefacta.com you have probably not completed the order process, and accordingly the ad has not been
activated. You must log in on Tradefacta.com and list your free "Online Business Card". Simultaneously you can establish your Online
Business Card Plus, Premium, Premium Plus or Premium Gold.
If youhave already listed your Online Business Card, you should log in on Tradefacta.com and then by means of your security code log in to your
unique administration page where you can establish new ads, renew ads or make changes in publicised running ads.
When you upload photos, make sure that you "complete the advertisement" and click on "update" for each new picture &
text you have added.
When you have registered the information and all the photos, you click on "send order" and you advertisement will be activated within 24
hours.

Can I buy myself a better placing on the result pages than other advertisers?
No, Tradefacta is a levelling tool, where nobody can buy themselves a better placing than any other advertiser. On Tradefacta we have a random
system, which means that all the ads rotate in an arbitrary way among themselves and are shown on top-10 the same number of times per year,
regardless of whether the company name begins with an A or a Z. When two visitors search the same trade or product simultaneously, they get
different companies on top of the result pages.
